Anyone that we would provide to you has at least 5+ years of relevant Account Management & Customer Success experience. We do our best to find a good industry/vertical fit as well.
While it is role dependent, we make ourselves available via your own internal tools such as Slack, email, etc, as well as external tools such as texting and WhatsApp.
