For either an ongoing hourly charge or a flat monthly rate, we will become part of your customer success unit. Duties can include (but not limited to) handling renewals, identifying upsells, and general emails, calls, and KBR's with a book of business.
To your customers, it will appear as if we are part of your sales team. We will use your internal systems, CRM, Slack, and more. Additionally, we can use your email addresses and update our LinkedIn profiles to feel like we are a true extension of your company.
At Client Crown, we like to put our money where our mouth is. We can either do a month-to-month agreement, or a long-term agreement if desired. Everyone from Client Crown is US-based, so there is no bait and switch or surprises coming up.
